Hershey's doesnt make Pareve (IIRC) and for sure not CY.  I believe Leibers or Bloomies has something similar.

But while we're at it...Best candy I ever had was when a cousin hired http://www.papabubbleny.com/ for his son's bar mitzva. They officially have a hechsher on their store but ALOR
