Opening a card in someone will else's name is fraud, these people obviously don't care. The question is when will law enforcement start to get involved.

If a person gives them permission to, isn't it the same like someone opening cards in his wife's name ? I'm asking regarding fraud

I think they are entitled to do whatever they want and anyone who wants can sign up with them for quick money.  I just think they are responsible to outline the risks and explain what they doing prior.  And for that reason alone I would like to see them get mutilated in court

So according to you the main thing that they are doing wrong is not explaining to the clients the process?

Not exactly. I personally know from an insider how they transfer it. No broker would do it that way.
