You only know about the approval success stories, believe you me there are some horrific stories out there & people are ashamed to even admit they were scammed, screwed.

im sure many do walk out with the money they were promised, these guys do have a lot of experience.

A friend of mine just told me on that he has a Friend who got screwed over because of it he said now he can't even get a credit card, I guess his credit must be shot or it's just amex that he can't get

Point taken. It definitely fits the definition of fraud. Truth is though, on a (much) smaller level, so does a decent amount of activity in the miles earning game.
