Response to naysayers:
Some of you are unbelievable. All the post does is encourage you to be careful with your personal information, to think hard about the type of schemes you are getting yourself into and to excersize caution and discretion with credit/financial decisions. So the only people whose parnassah is getting screwed by this are those that are relying on duping others to some extent.

but for those ppl that sign up they wouldn't have made a cent from CC / points otherwise. they are better off that way!
Not true. At some point they would, as thousands & tens of thousands have in the last few years alone. And being that many cards are now one-time bonus the least you could do is give them the little that you promised.

If that is what is agreed upon before the sale that is fine, but promising them a certain amount and then after already doing the shady stuff in their name coming up with excuses why you are giving them much less is not okay and is geneiva.
I agree that its "genaivah" but its so bad that ppl make some money that they wouldn't have made otherwise

Explain, ppl that would not make a buck from cc now get some cash. whats the problem? that they didnt receive the total that they were promised?
I don't justify giving less that was promised but is it so bad that they got 4k instead of 5k?

Of course its so bad. If you felt the need to scream "5000" in order to get customers, you gotta give them that.

I hate liers not worth debating somthing or with someone that can always change his mind since the thing he said before did not have to be true

Yes. Lying is a slightly problematic business model. If you don't keep to your agreement, by definition you made a fraudulent promise.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

better they shouldn't get anything??
you are right they "should" give whatever they promise, but at least these ppl rack in cash for doing nothing.

If the companies aren't honest about what they're giving you, they're making a fraudulent promise. I don't care what kind of excuses there are of "it's the best you're getting anyways".

If you sign a contract to sell something for $100. You deliver the goods (which the buyer takes and happily flips for $500), and are only paid $50. The buyer says "Too bad". Most would define that as fraud.
