PSA - Stay Away From The Card Signup Farms Who Offer $5000 In One Month

Long story short - a friend of mine fell for this scam about 6 weeks ago, he was promised $2500 because his wife was not approved for CC's so he will only get half of $5k, okay fine. Today he recieved a check of $1500!!!!!!! When he called them up they claimed that they did not receive the bonus on one of the cards they opened for him    He asked "I have no idea what you're talking about, you told me you apply for the cards, you do the spending and I just get a check in the mail of $2500" they said they can't help him. They made off him 350,000 MR points (over $5,000 worth) and they gave him $1500. I have no words.

This is all besides the point that they did refundable tickets, deposited checks which had no coverage, and his account is under  a FR now.

I think it's time Dan should write up a post about them and reveal their scam.

I think its OUR (The DDF family) responsibility to shut these guys down before havoc occurs.

We know what's going on.
We know what kind of trouble and chillul hashem it can bring out.

He did not talk to the FR department, these guys told him they have connections and they will take care of it. (of curse they never did anything)

Maybe call amex after they finish spending and say your identity was compromised and change login info and keep the points

these guys normally want to pass the FR so that they can keep the points and also apply for more cards
