Response to naysayers:
Some of you are unbelievable. All the post does is encourage you to be careful with your personal information, to think hard about the type of schemes you are getting yourself into and to excersize caution and discretion with credit/financial decisions. So the only people whose parnassah is getting screwed by this are those that are relying on duping others to some extent.

Its not the magazines job to vet the advertiser. Just like they don't vet the ticket fighter who promises to get rid of your ticket & they don't check the validity of a hechsher on a restaurant. Every person has to use his own brain not to get fooled into these scams.
I would venture that all publications vet advertisers. They wouldn't accept an ad from someone who clearly had a business that ran counter to Torah values, or was clearly illegal. It should be pointed out to the publisher that this is clearly both.

The ad doesn't say "we will lie & cheat". It says "you could make thousands". Other ads say that they will save you hundreds or thousands. It's not the salesmans job to interrogate him on how he'll do it.

Maybe.  What if it's pointed out to the salesman?

So that's why I asked for the email address of the publisher.  To let him know,  and help out innocent readers.  I'm Dan lkaf zchus that he is not aware.

I feel bad for you people that fell into this scam. I wouldn't give anybody my SSN and info no matter how much money they offered me.
On the other hand, I've been wondering for a while how these scam artists have such an easy time opening up cc's for people. I have close friends who asked me to help them out to open up a credit or 2 so they can get some points and money. Together we sat in front of my computer and filled out the apps. And had to call recon once and I called with phone on speaker and him sitting next to me to help me with the answers. Sometimes they ask such weird questions - previous addresses, siblings names, car colors, etc, how in the world can these scammers answer all these questions?!

I have an idea if you want to try to shut them down. In the same magazines that they advertise in, you put an add with the kol koreh that went out a few months ago bashing these people.

Forgo the points.  Call him and tell him you changed your mind and are closing the cards.  Then close all the accounts.  Get a credit monitoring service.
Is it worth to drop out now after getting some credit pulls, When i can make 2k just to avoid a FR?

YES! the pulls wont even be noticed in a few months and will eventually fall off your report entirely.
just to avoid a FR?

Whats the big issue of a FR they will see how much i filed by the IRS and they usually let it open. The only thing that bothers me is the Chilul Hashem.
