my thoughts are that most ppl that apply there have no clue of all issues involved
the only way to stop it is to get them to know what is involved
trying to stop the advertisers will not work as too much money is involved here
only a massive campaign explaining the dangers will stop other ppl from applying thru this

Everytime ppl are doing s/t wrong and others want to try to stop them, ppl always chime in by saying that it could be dangerous.
Happens here, Sungames, Sruly Dov the traffic ticket person, etc.

Bad ppl succeed only b/c good people are too often afraid to stand up against them.
