What these idiots are doing is reprehensible, but what about it is illegal? There is no identity theft going on here, so to keep telling people to claim identity theft is ridiculous. against Amex. Doing it once intentionally may also be fraud but doing it repeatedly is more likely to be prosecuted. This has been discussed over and over again upthread.
