I have 2 Hilton certificates I had planned/hoped to use at WA in Jerusalem in Feb 2014... but they weren't open, yet. I haven't been able to use them all year, and now they expire 9/26. I called today to try to extend them, HHonors said I had to call Citi, Citi said no dice. Has anyone had success getting the expiration date extended?
Also, can someone point me at the thread/source (if any) that talks about how the certificates can be used on weekdays (HHonors also told me I couldn't use them for a Tues night, though I've heard people have used them any day?)
