Whats with AA agents not being able to see awards that are available on BA's site? I have no confidence when I search and search if I'm just gonna be told that they can't see availability, I'm wasting a ton of time.
Is there a pattern of what they can/can't see?
A better way to search availability?
A better call center (tried US, AU, HKG and SIN)?
Specific times to call?
Higher level employee I should be requesting?
