$75 fee:

-21+ days prior to departure is based on the departing city time zone, not the booking city time zone.

EDIT: I managed to call in and have them waive the fee when it was within 21 days in departing city time zone but not by booking city time zone

UPDATE: AA has removed all close-in fees

I highly doubt its that simple
Now I can't find that post. If someone remembers who said it (or if the person who said it sees this), can you chime in? Have 3 seats in J for HKG-JFK CX on hold and need to book it by Shabbos and the points are taking forever to post. Really don't want to lose the seats.

Since BKK-AUH-JFK, has to be booked as two separate awards, does that mean that each leg will have its own cancellation fee etc. ?

Do you get 10% only if you pay the respective taxes with one of those cards ? Or do you get 10% back by just having one of those cards ?

Has anyone had an infant ticketed for AUH JFK? What was the final cost? I'm still being quoted insane fees

Sucks, I can't get 10k twice, once in '15, and in '16, bec. then I'd have to book 2 separate PNR's, but don't want to risk extra cancellation fee.

Except he wants everything on one PNR for the risk of a redeposit fee
