Yes, need to drop at a store and pay for the repairs .. (it's a 3 years old machine) or to leave it at their store.
So if someone wants to take care of that and have a free machine (-/+ repairs) he's welcome.

I already bought a new machine of course.

Reviews of those aren’t that great.
Also, anything that comes in a plastic capsule won’t be on par, it gives off a bad flavor.

What ever it is don't bring an American machine they don't work, even with a converter. I learnt the hard way

tried ones there Ristreto, and imo it wasn't close to the Nespresso.
