Have the same swing, but mine doesn't auto shut off.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

My sister just got one that stays on all Shabbos. I'll try to find out what it is.

there are other options for the same swing-not bunny, but other animals/designs (snugamonkey maybe)...maybe those are available without the auto shut off?

Never knew you can leave it on use it. Always thought that when you put baby in seat the motor needs more electric to run or something like that...

We asked and were told that we can't, unless we find out from the manufacturer that it doesn't use more electric when you put the baby in.

I would also think when you hold the swing to put the child in you stop the motor for a few seconds

you can get the baby in there without stopping the swing.

Got the monkey few months ago and doesn't shut off. Maybe call company?
They have been really helpful sending me parts and material when mine got ruined.
