I cant play G-d, but in my experience it varies. In mid-Dec my coworker went(around art basel time). He looked up the weather it said it was gonna suck- and it did.
I left last week. Some sunny days some overcast/thunderstorms were forecasted. Nothing was as they reported. Seem to change everyday. Also, thunderstorms don't usually last that long, they come and go.
My tan is right where i would want it to be

Just got back, and i agree with everyone else, Do not trust any weather channel/app etc... They seem to like reporting worst case scenario weather. Yesterday (my last day) was chillier then every other day(70's) before(80's)  and a little overcast earlier in the day, but sun came out and was great!

The winter forecasts are considerably more reliable than the summer forecasts, but both are not very reliable.
It's exceedingly rare to have a day that is overcast and rainy all day, the sun usually makes an appearance.

Definitely don't postpone a trip due to the forecast.

i assumed he meant jlc bc that's where most tourists end up going. I doubt most ppl have heard of bais Menachem . Bais Menachem does not have meals.

Deish on 37th st, has mincha this week at 6:20 (30 minutes after shkia). Mariv is at 60 and 72.

each serve a variety of functions. Some are primarily shuls and adult education classes, outreach, etc... and some run friendship circles, suburban-style activities, elderly oriented programs, Russian, Israeli groups, some near tourist centers, some near rural areas, etc...

I was shabbos in the Rare restaurant.
Guys, I don't know where to start especially I'm not that of a big complainer and usually I'm the one that's not that picky eater either.
The Food was horrible (understatement)
Challah. The challos was exactly like they serve for shalos seides in the big Satmar Beis Medrish (commercial) and extremely small.
Fish. Fish was not served, there was a buffet style fish tray. There was a mountain of small pieces of salmon that looked like leftovers from a day before, but the manager called it fish nuggets, so now it's not gross anymore cause it has a name to it. The Cherin was inedible tasted like feet. Gefilte I don't eat so don't know, but gefilte there was plenty.
Eggs. Wow never knew eggs could be that bad, I mean common, why does it have to taste horrid? Can't it just be chopped with some onions and salt?
Chopped liver. Literally taste like the sand from the nearby beach. Very dark and no taste to it at all.
Chulent plate. Chulent was disgusting it was cold and had no meat inside, the chicken cutlet tasted like rubber and the small pastrami was cold and soaked in mustard.
For dessert we were served a choice of either soggy fruits or a cake that was 99% mousse.
Luckily for them I wasn't able to take pics as it was shabbos. Over all it was a awful experience, the managers attitude was terrible, when people came over to complain. When an elderly lady said her table is too small he said that's because we don't want you to put to many dishes on the table with a grin on his face. When a lady complained about a salad not having enough tomatoes he started shouting out loud how expensive tomatoes are in Florida.
We left the table and went to our hotel room and ate potato chips and mentos.
Is that why I paid a hefty 70 bucks per person? Highway robbery.
I would love to dispute (second time in my life)  the over priced charge.

P.S. The salad bar was very good, big selection of fresh vegetables and petty good dressings.

I didn't want to write bad feedback here on them, but yes definitely they need a shake up especially for the morning meals, also being that you are a Chosid I understand more your frustration, their food is far from Chasidisha hungarian style of Shabbos Seudah's
