If you speak to the right people they most certainly can guarantee it. Never had an issue at any hotel and I certainly wouldn't accept a "we will try" when I need to have a connecting room and am paying for 2 rooms.

I would like to go to Surfside or Miami Beach 41st area with my wife and four kids. Are there any hotels that I can book guaranteed connecting rooms or a large enough suite to fit my family? The Grand Beach is booked. I have Marriott Points, Chase points or can pay cash. Thanks.

that works to avoid valet parking and also beach parking.

Can easily walk to beach from most hotel locations, as well as shuls and several restaurants. Uber would mainly be to and from airport, in most cases...

I usually uber everywhere when I go vs renting a car + worrying abt parking. If you are staying by 41st area and want to check out the restaurants in surfside ubers will be about 12-15. Further up (like aventura area) is a little more.

Did this several times. A few things to keep in mind-do you have free parking? Do you plan on doing day trips? Do u have a wife and a bunch of kids? Also, always compare Uber and Lyft.
