An ICON parking lot is a block and a half away, and is regularly discounted on groupon.
The Hippodrome on 44th street is only $14 for nighttime parking for up to 12 hours.

Stayed with my wife for our anniversary. Wasn't able to use any of the nights I booked during the glitch so I shelled out the big buxx ($250). Got confirmed upgrade to Madison suite upon booking though, as well as 5p check out.
