Some people get them as a $399 upgrade, and they would be happy to make a 100 percent profit on it, in cash, without the hassle of going thru ebay.

Though for next time know you're better off selling before the phone even arrives. Even with fees you could come out way ahead. Especially with a Verizon version which comes unlocked for international use.
