You would've gotten an email.
You can try using it, you'll see if it works by checkout. Make sure the discount amount shows in PayPal before clicking Pay.

Found the card - I can't find pp checkout or a place for the code.

ETA: Plus, it says there's a 2 dollar shipping fee for cards over 250 - but it charges 4 in the cart?
