Not really...flew DL on glitch ticket early in the year and again in July (non-glitch).

A friend of mine got this. It looks like a domestic first is not enough, you have to book a business elite product.

i got the same thing. very tempting, but the biz elite flight required is not cheap.
i'm assuming it only requires a one-way flight, and they only have biz-elite on the NYC to LAX or SFO routes, which the cheapest i found was $800.
decisions decisions...

The original link/offer above doesn't require a business elite fare (if I'm reading the T&C correctly).

You get 50,000 bonus miles. That alone is with ~$600

Just got this too. It's clearly a NY address targeted thing. I guess if I have business travel in the next two months it'll be on DL.

so the interesting part is that the T&C states one has to fly one paid business-elite fare and list fares J, C, D, I, Z, but than it mentions that transcontinental business-elite routes are only JFK - LAX / SFO.

Would any paid flight in one of the booking classes will satisfy the promo? or does one indeed have to fly the transcon to LAX / SFO?

wondering if someone had this experience from previous promos, as i recall something similar was offered last year.

some of us got lucky as the first round of invites did not state that JFK-LAX/SFO part-just booking class...but they corrected it on second round of invites and honored it for those of us who got it without that in the terms...I highly doubt they would give it now

got it, makes sense.
i mean its still worth it, given the 50k bonus, but would have been sweeter if the fare was lower.
