possible to pay american ccs with Israeli bank account?

Is there any bank in Israel that would allow me to put dollars into it (yes I know practically all banks will do up to here). BUT ALSO allow me to pay off cc bills? i.e. add a foreign bank account as a payment source? Need to pay off the standard cc companies: chase, amex, barclays, us bank... I think that's all

I have heard many of these so called speculations. Is it really possible? I have leumi. If it costs a zillion dollars in fees though wouldn't be worth it.

I don't see why this is such a weird question. My salary is in NIS in Israel and all my purchases are made on american CCS. I want to pay my cc bill with as little fees as possible.

Figured out a pretty good solution. Bring NIS cash to any post office and use euro gyro to send to any american bank account. Fees are really low, much lower than western union. You can see fees here:

you can always find a ways to send/get $$ in the us there is so many people who wants to send money to Israel  and want to take out of the us more then 10k when thy travel
