Well, is the offer once per person or once per account? People here have several Amazon accounts and can therefore reap the benefits of coupons/deals that are meant only for 1 account. Not sure how much different this is.

You can atain Silver status and get another 50 points by setting the Amazon GC as a goal before redeeming it. Not sure what silver status does for you, it seems like that and $1 will get you a coke...

You don't need the pop-up. Just go to the rewards and sign up.

On the top right there's a trophy symbol, click on it and follow the instructions to sign up.

I am not signed up with any US proxy services and BING/AMAZON doesn't work with HIDEMY***. It's still as if i am in Israel (which I am :)

For some reason it worked for me in IE but not when I first tried in Fire Fox.
