So finally got my serve AUs today.  Activated them, tried registering them and got message that already registered. But I know they never were, I never got email saying registered, and rep said not eligible (assuming DROPR).
(BTW also got BB AUs today and all went smooth)
How can I confirm they are registered?

I am not sure if this was discussed before... but I just  found a way to get around expediting you AU's and still being able to register them and use them without actually receiving the cards... This will only work for stores taking CC #s for 'key in'.
Add the AUs, and within a day - go to your account online ---> select 'more account options'  ---> select 'account management' ---> select ' Set Limits on Additional Cards' ---> select 'Additional Cards and Limits' -  you will then see a list of your additional cards including the new ones with the last 5 digits of the cards, which is all you need since the first 10 digits are the same as the primary card.

However, if they are processing it with an AVS filter and the address doesnt match, theres a good chance the transaction doesnt go through. It would be smarter for them to process without AVS on since sometimes little things (such as "Ninth St" vs "9th St" or even "St" vs "Street") can block the transaction.

FYI AVS filters only compare street number and zipcode.
