Never received any Amex confirmations for my Tomchei Shabbos charges. Any hope that I may still get the emails or it's likely I will have to call Amex and manually credit it?

Charities and non-profits are not eligible. If it's listed as such with Amex, you won't get credit. Auto or manual.
