Amex Small Business Saturday

All my Great Kosher Restaurant purchases show as 11/30 and were not credited. Need to speak to Amex.

I have all the credits showing up in saved, the offers show redeemed, yet no credits posted yet... Still waiting patiently

Only got the credits for the transactions that posted on Nov. 29.

Just realized that one of my cards that I used at a restaurant and only posted on the 30th didn't get the credit. Doesn't either show up in my savings...

I chatted with rep who said i will get the credits by next statement and noted the account. I can wait.

Has anyone not received their credits? I didn't receive my credits at a business that I received confirmation emails and has worked the last two years.

I also just noticed that it doesn't say redeemed in my offers yet I received the emails. I guess I will wait it out and call Amex if it doesn't go through.

Same here received on all Amex but not BB or serve yet.

Here is what I got so far
16 of 33 credits on card 1 (4 showed up on Sunday morning)
16 of 33 on card 2 (1 showed up on Sunday morning)
6 of 6 on card 3
3 of 3 on card 4
6 of 6 on card 5

Why didn't you also give him the "how many cards did you swipe" thread ?

All my GKR transactions posted on 11/30.  No credits and they are not in "Savings" nor are they marked "Redeemed" under Offers. 

Several other transactions that did post on 11/29 still have not been credited.  Those were not marked under Savings or Redeemed either.

Won't panic just yet... will give it a few more days...

My GCR credits all posted. Is it possible that if you had 2 au's with the same name the you only get the credit once?
