One of my serve accounts I did three swipes using my paypal card reader, those credits all posted as well. Would have done it with all my cards had I known that it would forsure work. Got $9.73 for every $10 swiped.

Wasn't sure if it was automatic, but she said it will post next statement and noted my account it will. I saved the chat, but hopefully it just posts automatically.

Very odd... 4 BB cards with the same name (AU on different account's and own account) did not get the credit, while everyone else did. Hopefully there is some kind of process and it will post by end of day.

5 bb 5 serve all got credits. Did not get even 1 email when swiped

PSA: make sure to pay you accounts in full, as credits will count as minimum payment and reminders will not go out.

Most of mine got posted except 2 cards that never came authorized user cards that were ordered 2 weeks ago I used the trick Someone posted above and got confirmation emails from Amex I had them manually Inputed at sushi Tokyo and received all my credits expect from these 2 cards

Just realized that one of my cards that I used at a restaurant and only posted on the 30th didn't get the credit. Doesn't either show up in my savings...

having the same problem. i did get the e-mail on the 29th though.... please post what amex said

Just chatted with Amex first cs agent wouldn't help said wait 90 days spoke to a really nice supervisor who issued the credit as a one time courtesy
