Got the credit for calling in serve for 9.99, took 20 minutes though.

I have 3 fidelity cards (all with the same #) and only got 3 $10 credits.
I was told by fidelity cardmember services that I would be given 3 $10 credits for each card.

Anybody have a similar issue?

Sounds like the Fidelity CSR gave you bad info. How could they credit you multiple times? To them it shows up all together on the same account, no matter which card you swipe with.

Ok. So interesting Info.

Tuvias accidentally swiped one of my cards 4 times. They did refund it so it practically ended up being 3 times.

However AMEX credited my account 4 times for the 4 swipes and then took back one of the $10 credits. I wonder if I would have gotten it had Tuvias not refunded my card.

As an aside I did not need to call Tuvias to complain about the extra charge. they took care of it on their own.

But I haven't seen anyone say they got credit for it. Although my card only had 2 au's so it was easy to wade through the date.
Add in lots of au's and it gets real annoying.

So I got credited for all purchases made until 2am..... whether it showed up as Saturday or Sunday. ..I have a bunch of cards that were swiped after 2am  any chance I will get credited for those?

If you click on "SHOW MORE TRANSACTIONS" at the bottom of the main account page itshows the charges for each card right after the credits for each card so its easy to see exactly which charges you got credit for. its very cool check it out.

Also never got emails but mine did post. Although I did reach out to Amex about the emails not sure if that made a difference of not.
