OK, called, rep told me they're only giving 1 $10 credit per card  ::)

She transferred me to their "digital department" which she said was handling SBS, and guy there told me I should have the credits in a few days.

This is the direct number to call for credits 800-297-7500. It's a breeze, you tell them that the credits hadn't posted and they do it immediately. They're very nice.

Amex is amazing.  I swiped at a store and for some reason 8 of my cards didn't register.  They showed up as pending and then the charges disappeared.  Amex credited me 150 for 5 of the cards and on the other 3 they told me to go back to the store and swipe for 90 and then they credited me back 90.

I know, I am calling about my missed opportunity on the last 10 because balance was down to 9.99 (x9 different cards)
Even worse because this issue the guy I gave list to gave up and didn't charge 6 of my cards at all...
