I had some in promotions. Looked like 1 email. When I opened it there was a whole bunch there.

Amex has pretty good customer service as we all know. I don't have first hand experience with this but it seems from previous years others have not received emails and still gotten the credit. And others have had to contact Amex. If your store is on the map I wouldn't worry too much.

My grandparents also purchased at the same store I did. Didnt get any email. Weird. Showing as properly charged. Properly registered.. I dont know... Hoping for the best

I didn't get any emails for one of the stores I swiped at, owner told me same thing happened last year and everyone got their credits

Wait to see what posts and what doesn't post. Personally, that is what i am going to do and then speak to them about getting any potential missing credit.

Just spoke to my sister. She shopped in eichlers, the same place I shopped as welletc & she didn't get any emails from amex as well

The cards that I registered with my icloud email address I never got registration emails, and I confirmed they were registered, and I never received the swiping emails. However on my gmail I received both. What does Amex have against icloud?

I know it's ymmv but was curious what was the avg au's were for ppeoples cards. I was conservative this ur but I saw ppl with close to 100 cards.
