I thought it doesn't work for Intls Hotels. Or is that only TSUs?
You're probably referring to booking via someone else's account, and collecting their benefits, when they are not staying, but without GOH. This is exactly what GOH is for.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

yes go to hyatt.com and fill out the transfer form. You may gift a friend points once every 30 days so long as he didnt get from anyone else or send to anyone else in those 30 days.

Anyone know how Globalist breakfast works at PHNYC these days? Want to order for tomorrow but they made the process complicated as it seems the process has changed and no one is clear on what it is. Used to be you selected from the menu and they ordered you breakfast but now they keep saying different things. Here are some of the responses I received:

- Was told by one rep they no longer have affiliation with My Most Favorite Food, and all orders must be for Milk N Honey directly instead of through hotel and hotel will pick up and pay
- Was told by another rep, they have relationships with My Most Favorite Food, Great American Health Bar, and Milk N Honey and we can get $45 per person reimbursed as we have to order for delivery and pay ourselves and show receipt at checkout
- Was told by another rep we can get an entree and drink pre person and hotel orders and picks up

Has anyone stayed in the past month and can share the current process?

Looks like some hotels have already gone up in price... looking at the Andaz Mayakoba and it says 25k category 6?
does that make sense?

The new changes can affect Hyatt drastically IMO.
Looking now at a cat 7 that will go to Cat 8 and on top of that there is going to be peak pricing.
That will increase the rate from 30k to 45k! Per night.
Time to burn...

Anyone know of any match or challenge opportunities?  I hold top tier every program but hyatt, and want to switch over.

If you book a hotel before 3/22 and the category goes down but it is a date subject to peak pricing, would that reduce the amount of points you get refunded?

I want to book a hotel for 4 nights, but one night in middle (shabbos, actually) doesn't have award availability. What would happen if I were to book the first two days on points, the 3rd with cash, and the 4th with an award night? Would I have to check in and out three times?
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.

No, just call them to combine it.

What if they're different room types? Do you think booking a suite one of the days will increase chances of an upgrade?

Checking in about a Globalist making a reservation for a friend.

My brother is Globalist, and he niece is going on a honeymoon. He'd like to book the room under his account so they get club lounge access and other perks associated.

He'd only do this on a rare occasion.

Can he add the his niece to the reservation, and they get the benefits?

I sometimes stay under my brother's Marriott Titanium account, and he adds me as a 2nd guest while chatting on the app during check-in without a problem, and benefits are extended to me.
