Any updates on this? I have a free night expiring December 31. I'd prefer to have it extended into 2022, but if they're not going to, I'll find a place to use it in the next few weeks.
I would think if they were going to extend it they would have done it by now, so I would say doubtful but still a small chance

Do you think they'll give points for an expired one?
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.

Looking to make a reservation with points for the end of the year. When booking 3 nights,  only cash rates show up, when I add an extra 3 nights (to book a total of 6 nights) points option shows up. The cancellation rate says 30 days in advance. Any data points on being able to carve this out by speaking to reps? I’m a globalist if it helps?

Call Hyatt, they may be able to help, there have been instances of them removing nights off a reservation. Not sure what they would do here with a 30 day cancellation policy, and you're within the 30 days. So call before actually booking and see what they say.

If you are globalist then contact your rep and send it directly to them.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I am a globalist and have two suite upgrades expiring 12/31. I emailed my Hyatt concierge asking if they can extend it (because of Covid etc) and today they got back to me and gave me two new upgrade certificates valid until 2/28/23.

Never hurt to try!

Anyone have any luck getting a room at GHK when it says it is all sold out? I booked from Jan 23-31 and was able to get every night except for the 29th. I have been looking every day for 2 months now and it hasn’t opened up, anyone have any idea of what to do? I would really rather not have to move to another hotel for one night.

Why wouldn’t a hotel be bookable with points on Hyatt website?

Transferred points to Hyatt from my chase account. Said would be instant and now I'm seeing it can take up to 7days.
What's the normal time frame for the points to actually post?
Not sure if I'm better off booking it another way or hope the points actually post before the 7 days?
