Yes.
The alcoholic drinks I can look at the label. Any food items they give are kosher?

Ask for Wendy. She was very helpful. All fruits, and veggies good. Dry cereals as well.
A good portion of the alcoholic mixed drinks were fine. And of course all the of the straight alcohol as well.

Host used 4 sign up nights on a stay and see that I got stay credit for those nights. That isn't typical, right?

Stay credit or points? Neither are typical.

ETA: Interesting. Just checked my account, and I also got points for a sign up night.

Seems like both. Not seeing the clear breakdown of points but see that I got like 9,000 for my stay and the only charges were from valet.

Yup. By 4 and our stay was 6 nights, 4 on signup certs, and 2 on points. So only got credit for sign up nights.
