Was reviewing my Hyatt accounts and noticed cat 1-4 nights with award codes CHRM2 in my and DW's accounts both credited on 8/5/18.

These are in addition to anniversary night and brand explorer awards (CAT14RM365).

As background, we are each Chase CC holders (old version).

Any idea what award code CHRM2 means?

Just got the Hyatt card 60k offer. Explorist is after 50k... Is it possible to get it after reaching the threshold (60k) or actually requires $50k spend?

On 1 of my accounts I have 0 brands explored when I know for a fact I used the card at 2 brands last year. anyway to fix that?

you need to actually spend 50K to get explorist. See DDMS for a complete breakdown (and a link to apply)

that is the official policy. But you can get lucky and get stay credits when not booked directly with Hyatt but I wouldn’t count on it.

I just set up a first time new Hyatt account and tried adding it to my Chase portal so I can transfer points for tonight. Chase won’t add it online, tells me to call. Am I doing something wrong?

Happened to me a while back, just call them, they verified some security questions.

Never figured it out. Lucky's free night for spending $15k on the WOH CC showed up with that code, but I have the cheaper version of the card.
