Regarding POM meals, do i ask Hyatt to store them for me in their freezer upon arrival or does this need to be done over the phone with guest relations before the trip?

Find someone with suite upgrades who will book for you on a paid or C&P rate.

Do they really require a three night stay to upgrade to suite, as per their site? I'll be staying for two nights only. I am able to book the standard room for 20k points per night or P&C. When I called Hyatt they said I cant upgrade to a suite. Looking for any tips on how this can be done. I don't have platinum status. I will be transferring points from UR to Hyatt. This is for my honeymoon and it is a shabbos so a suite would be swell!
Thanks

although if its a paid stay then it doesn't seem to be an issue http://www.hyatt.com/gp/en/awards/hyatt_upgrade.jsp

So i can book a standard room for two nights for cash and then request an upgrade? who would I call? Hyatt reservations or the hotel itself? Do I need to first book the room for cash and have the points available for an upgrade? I would only transfer from UR to Hyatt if I knew i could get the upgrade.

Thanks. Is it odd that im not seeing any nights with points for a Hyatt in canada? Do international hotels not show as many nights available with points as the domestic ones?
