Anyone ever stay at Hyatt Centric South Beach? How does it compare to other Hyatt properties?

Can I still make a reservation for after the expiration date of my sign up nights, and it will still work, or will it get cancelled once the expiry date passes ?
Life is as good as you make it...

Is there any way to see online which suites are eligible for DSU's?

No. Will get cancelled. The stay must be before the expiration date.

Isn't it always the lowest level suite? If you go to a hotel's "rooms" page, you can see the rooms listed in order of lowest level to highest level IINM.

Not always. It's a PITA to call Hyatt everytime I want to check DSU availability.

Nothing to do with my phone, Hyatt is the only number that drops before it even starts to ring.

And it gets even more confusing.

I was looking at a Hyatt property this morning, the official DSU suite wasn't showing available online, but when I called, magically it was available.

Just wondering how people get around the second name when you use someone else's nights. How can both guests check-in? I know some resorts require the bracelet to show you are the guest. I am heading to Jamaica and have someone coming with me and want to make sure it is not an issue. Unlike Park Hyatt's etc where there is only a room.... they charge for day-passes etc to facility.
