Anyone ever stayed in  Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami hotel ?
I want to take the most advantage of my 2 free nights will tat be fare enough ?

Its not on the beach, the value of those Hyatt nights are around $250 each so you need to see if its worth it for you. Sometimes that hotel can be had on the cheap

Yes, but you'll need to get those points into your account before your stay.

the free sign-up nights generally go for $500 total. So that may pay for a better quality FL hotel. (i.e. Starwood) Plus you'll get SPG points for those stays...

Is there anyway to have points transfered between accounts instantly, and not have to fax in form and wait 1-2 days till they process it ?
If I call them, would they do it ?

Call them and tell the rep you need the points transferred as soon as possible because you need them to make a reservation. IME, the rep will tell you to email the form to his/her personal email address and they'll process it on the spot.

I faxed in the request to the number on the form and the points were transferred within an hour....and it was a Sunday.

Luck of the draw. That's not the norm.

I wanted to post that I was able to get a pretty nice upgrade at an award night at the PH Ny without any real status (just Hyatt Platinum). I had sent an email to Walter Brindel but he is back in Chicago (I know I should've read this thread more carefully). Moira was able to help us get an upgrade to a  deluxe room (basically a junior suite) for my wife's birthday and they comped wine and chocolate as well. Icing on the cake was free parking courtesy of parkwhiz.com  ;D.

I looked up the website. How and where did you get free parking?

There was a deal a while back that had free parking via parkwhiz.
