sheraton and aloft if you transfer your Amex points to Starwood. But I would not advise doing that.
What would you suggest?
I want to stay in a very nice hotel for 2 days in Brooklyn... have chase as well

Wasn't sure where to put it
So I guess posting it in three threads that aren't amex transfer partners was the best way to do it. Interesting that you missed Hilton.

Hilton, Choice, and SPG are the three MR hotel transfer partners. None of these three are particularly great value (maybe some choice redemptions) AFAIK.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Chase transfers to hyatt, which can be good value (and would actually belong in this thread).

Has anyone here booked at Hyatt Regency Maui under someone else's name (using their DSU) and had any issues at check in because account owner wasn't there?

Can DSUs be used at Hyatt casino hotels in Vegas (such as Aria), are the just like regular Hyatt properties?

Will Hyatt allow me to have overlapping reservations on my account? Meaning, have one reservation in one location from 8/20-8/27, and another reservation from 8/25-9/2? Will they care about the two day overlap? What if I say that I'm staying there with a second guest and the second guest is just staying longer than me?

I just had that this past week, thought it was a glitch or something. I guess it makes sense now.

Just to confirm, I can have overlapping reservations even if the two reservations are in DIFFERENT locations (Kauai and Hong Kong)?

you can have it but you wont get credit for both sets of nights based on my experience. ( I did get credited 2 stays though, and I got all the points, the only thing missing was the nights)

Does Hyatt status match from Spg or Hilton? I remember reading somewhere recently that they're not status matching right now. Anyone know anything about this?
