I have an anniversary free night and hyatt is letting me book any class hotel with it..?! Did i  miss something or are they only only supposed to work up to a cat 4?

its only supposed to be category 1-4. Could be a case of dropr. If you are actually able to book anything above category 4 please report back.

It appeared to give me the option to book the andaz 5th Ave, Andaz wall St, park hyatt milan...
I don't need the booking so I didn't follow through ..

When you book two rooms for the same dates on your account, you only get stay credits for one room?

i had them open up space as a plat. had one night booked and had them open up the other night to turn it into a 2 night stay

Do you know if they'll give me issues if I call up even though I wasn't personally at both hotels that night?
