How long does a hyatt to hyatt point transfer take?
Always a few days for me and on about 25% of them I have to call and resend directly to a Hyatt rep.

I'd start with a call and asking nicely.

You only get Hyatt credit for stays booked directly with Hyatt.

Is that true for SPG and Marriott as well?

Any additional benefits for diamond over platinum at Park Hyatt NYC? Any kosher food at the breakfast?

If I am booking with points can I add a diamond member to reservation to get diamond benefits?

Right, and not much. But that's a more than $6,000 discount/mistake, so you're probably not going to get the answer you want.
After much push back, I got the Presidential Suite! 8)

yes they do offer kosher breakfast but you need to let them know in advance and the booking must be from the diamond account
