I booked Kaui Grand Hyatt 2 free nights rewards stay and need to cancel last minute and the best they are willing to offer is me paying $250 for the last minute cancellation. Is there a way to get to not pay? Can I ditch the reservation? without fee? Can I add someone as a guest to use the points for me? Any ideas help. ( I am a discoverist)
Thanks

If SUN nights already expired (within the last 60 days), will Hyatt still grant 10/20k points in exchange?

I always just type on the PDF and even type my name where it says Sign and it goes thru without any issues.

I have a stay planned at Andaz Ottawa next week.  It is my first Andaz stay. I have no status.  Is mini-bar free? Everything included or spirits excluded? Thanks.

The snacks and non alcoholic drinks are free at every Andaz.

Had a one night stay at PH NYC using a SUN the other day. Seems like they creited as a paid stay and the night after (when we didnt saty at hotel) as the AWARD. Got 4k poins plus a night under my belt. My cc used to hold room and at check in dont show a charge. I even called to verify that my stay was an award stay. Anyone ever have this?
