Is it new?

I just changed a few bookings through texting "agent" to 32050. Great service and didn't charge fare difference (for the same route) and no phone fee!

How drastic of a change? Was it due to full flight?

Date change, I don't believe the flight was full.

Obviously I'm not saying every agent will waive fees, but great service overall, and I'm wondering if this is a new thing.

Do you need to text "agent" first to "open" the chat or can you just text your issue?

Maybe Delta can steal some agents from United and up response time within 24 hrs.
