According to this article he used the subway going to brooklyn & uber for the way home. Good luck cleaning all that up.
Probably wasn't feeling well and decided to take the uber home.

Uber should be able to track everyone who used that driver after him. So if there's a knock on your door.....

What I don't understand is if Ebola can only spread through body fluids then why is it more of a concern of spreading  than HIV. Healthcare workers are concerned that hospitals are not adequately equipped and staff is not adequately trained to contain Ebola. But if the hospitals treat patients with HIV, shouldn't there be procedures in place already to prevent the spread of Ebola?

Because they are lying to you and it is much more contagious than that.  Doctors and nurses almost never get HIV from patients, and they don't use any special equipment at all. But a nurse got Ebola from the very first patient even while wearing full protective gear.

That's what I fear.

Once we're asking questions if im not mistaken i read 5k died from ebola and the fatality right is higher than 50 % that means less than 10k have been effected by this epidemic. Obviously no amount is little but this has been going on in third world countries for months and only less than 10k? Doesnt sound like something that should spread that much in the US with a much better health system and disease control. No?

But, compare the mobility in the US with the mobility in Liberia.

Good point but still doesn't make so much sense. If it's so contagious that nurse in full protective gear catches out should be spreading at a much higher rate...

Well, she definitely has it. And I don't think she was exactly kissing the guy.

She was cleaning up copious amounts of bodily fluids for weeks. Not just serving tea.
