If you have an hp 8610 printer DO NOT upgrade yet.

To save yourself frustration, don't upgrade to Win10 yet. Too many issues.

Why do I not have the upgrade app on windows 7?

I ran the automatic fix tool but it said I cant have it on my version??
What version of Windows are you running?  Windows 7 Starter?

Go to Devices - Printers.  It will be there.

Or maybe just run the HP tool again.  I just fixed this issue with someone a day or two ago..
