To save yourself frustration, don't upgrade to Win10 yet. Too many issues.

This tool provides a few enhancements over the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. As an example, GXN is able to identify and clean up temporary files from previous failed installation attempts, thus lowering the chance of setup not working significantly. GXN will continue receiving updates for the app itself and will always provide the most up-to-date copy of Windows 10 Microsoft offers.

These are the following prerequisites you need for GXN to work properly:
    
.NET Framework 4.5
Windows 7 or newer
An active internet connection
Administrator rights

restarting  a few times fixed a bunch of problems for me, if that doesn't help check the manufacturers website for a windows 10 audio driver

Upgraded to Win 10 (thanks, DanH). No problems. Like it so far.

Weird thing, though, is that I had about 8gb of free space on my system partition before the upgrade and 20gb after the upgrade. Perhaps it deleted some temp files or something?

I am having trouble upgrading to Windows 10. I need to update my windows to all the new updates in order to get a notification that I can update Windows 10. The problem is that it says I need 5 updates and only three are updating and two are giving me errors and it's still not giving me a notification that I can update anybody know what I could do?

It's possible that it already downloaded Windows 10, so that would clear about 5.5gb.  Also possible it cleans out winsxs, im not sure.

What version of Windows are you running now?  Upgrade using the tool -- http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Can't be the former, as I gave it permission to start the download; could be the latter I guess.

You can circumvent by using the Media Creation Tool to download Windows 10 as ISO, burning it to DVD, and installing Windows 10 from the DVD by running setup.exe.

There is stupid bug - typical for Microsoft - that the Media Creation Tool won't work unless your Windows Display Language is English-US, so make sure to change that setting if you need to.

[You might find the ISO useful anyway if you want to do a clean install.
If you do a clean install, you first have to do an upgrade install in order for your computer to be registered for Win10 for free, and then you do the clean install afterward. Interestingly, the clean install took a fraction of the time.]

For the Audio
I unpluged > ShutDown > Removed Battery > Pressed the power Button A couple Times > Inserted Battery > Powered On
 And It Worked

For the NIC
I Right clicked On the device > update Driver Software > Let me choose > from installed Drivers > "Qualcomm ATHEROS Wireless driver"
 And It Worked

My (Elan Pointing Device) Touchpad Doesn't Yet Scroll

You're just Missing some bloatware & Headache's
It's only the UI that canged,
Updating A Browser has nothing with OS
I wonder How Google manages to release newer versions of chrome for the same OS Hmmmm.

Oh I forgot The Calander/Clock Has A new UI

I am Still looking for 1 new feature they added, Not shortcut, or design,
