Cards that have ssn or not ? Their own logins or added to existing ones ?

They all have SSN's and adding them to a login in the AU name. I got a bunch to go, but still have some issues.

If they ask for DOB and the person is a child, would it automatically get disapproved?

I last created AU about a year ago for my 3 personalized cards. I created 3 AU each, none needed SSN. My understanding was after the first 3, calling in requires SSN.

On a tangent, I tried adding an employee card to my SPG Business card, and it says it'll need SSN and DOB upon activation. Any difference between a business employee card and a personal AU card?

Anything of note, really... but mostly with credit implications. I know no HP for either, but I think personal AU affects your total CL. Business employee card does not?

Business cards should not affect your score.

Called today to activate AUs for business card and told them I don't have the socials. They let me activate with just a DOB and said I should give them the SSNs at a later time.

I know personal AU don't need a phone call to activate and are ready to use out of the envelope. Is the same not true for business card AU?

Same for business au. The issue is setting it up online.
