Probably.  You do need to go down to their branch in either Eatontown, Neptune, Toms River or Oceanport for the initial setup.

I don't believe it is.

if you have excellent credit some of the car companies will give you 0% apr. check the car company websites for what specials they are running on what vehicles.

Is that a general statement? Are you referring to auto financing in general?
Or are you referring to this specific lender?

I got 1.89 for 60 months from first Atlantic credit union
In toms river on rt 9 10 min south of lkwd don't think you can best that
