In 2002 I did my summer semester in Budapest with a school from Louisiana. One of the students from "West Bumbelklutz" asked me if i liked kooooogel! I nearly fell out of my chair. Guess it doesnt need that much explaining.

Ok thanks for the tip. I was referring to scenarios where all seemed well at load time and everything was loaded as per the receipt, but in reality the money didn't load... In your case you were notified at the POS that something was up.

Last night first time for me system did not let me load mastercard gift card onto to red card. Kept saying invalid pin even though I entered it correctly. tried it a couple of times even tried changing to my own pin

Can you transfer mastercard gift cards funds to another card?

Call the GC company, it could be they locked the card.

nope they said from what they understand you cannot transfer funds from a gift card to another prepaid card

anybody else heard such a thing? And its strange as I was able to load same type of gift cards a month or so ago in the same Target

Try to buy something in a store and see what happens could be something wrong with the card or pin.

When I meant locked it I was referring to the pin being locked for incorrect attempts..

nope worked elsewhere

I hope this is an aberration and not the beginning of the end of US bank mastercard gift cards
