Forget about the quotes (though I admit it is funny); do you not believe Noonradar that he saw such a memo? Isn't that all this comes down to? And he does have a good ta'anah that as an RB seller it's not in his best interest to call the TOD.

Please point me to where he said he saw a memo. One person said he saw the notice from corporate and its not him.
