Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

It's got nothing to do with that. This is why people get annoyed at you. You assume (lots of) things that aren't necessarily true. If people are hesitant to take your word for it, it's because all we have ever really seen you do is try to sell red cards. As a matter of fact I think the bulk, if not all your posts, are red card related.

Help I just bought $10k worth of gc's, and I can't seem to load it to RC....
