Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Just loaded $500 each on 2 REDcards using one cc. Worked very smoothly. Had to ask cashier to do it. "I never had a costumer load 2 of these..." ;D

done it before without any problem though if amex/target will cut down on this games thy will be more determent to stop it........

a friend of mind just try to activate card in target and he wasn't able to is this is confirmed no more red card activation  in NY NJ?

using multiple red cards on the same transaction can be fraud so thy have another reason to stop it that why i dont see a reason to post every loophole in the system

No special prompt, just sign and tap agree as usual. If you do more than a few the agent my get annoyed, since he has to bunch in the last 4 digits of each card... (At least when it was $500)
