Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

from the wiki:
The credit card charges so far come up as 'Target'.  No worries about cash advances or using its linked bank account to pay off the cc that funded the RC.

Is your question "Do they" or "Should they"?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

No need to visit CS unless you're doing some complicated shtick. I've done regular cashiers. If you're doing more than one load and there are people waiting you can always go back around and get on line again.

Some targets only let load at cs. If there's no line I'll do as many as I can. If there a line I'll circle around or come another day

400
380
Total 780 a day

I was able to withdraw only $400 in one transaction from an ATM @ Target Atlantic Ave/ Brooklyn. On my second attempt to withdraw another $100 I got denial msg saying contact your banking institution :(

How do you withdraw $780 per day?
